Hey, that's good!
I like it, you've got good "line", i think.
Maybe the shadow on his face is a little bit to dark, but all the art is great. I'd like to draw as similar portaits as you.

I think your reference picture didn't show his strongest distinguishing features.

And I think his teeth are actually open inside his mouth in that reference picture.

I agree with the others :)

His cheeck has too much shading
and his nose seems to point in a weird direction.
You "puffed" up his face a bit too


but again: I couldn never, ever draw anything like that :)

He's face is a bit relaxed on my reference that's why I had difficulties on capturing his features. :)

Oh, about the shading...well, the shadows in the reference are very dark. If you look at his eyes, it is really dark. And nothing (lighter colours) on his clothes to create bouncing lights to lighten up his neck...I think that's the logic of the picture I copied. :D
